CartoBlue is the expert in three dimensional and digital products related to mapping and floor plans. We serve the marketing needs of industries such as real estate, vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, property developers, and building construction. We are expertly skilled in architecture design, drafting, photography, graphic design, and digital technology. Our focus on detailed and high quality images ensures our clients are fully satisfied with their finished product. We pride ourselves on strong client relationships, beginning with free consultations services to get to know your company and goals. Our goal is to deliver a product of the highest quality that perfectly fits your company's needs.

How we do it

No two projects are ever alike at CartoBlue, and we love the diversity of the assignments clients bring to us! No matter what the project is, we strive to provide every client with the same level of exceptional service. Here is a general overview of how we generally proceed after your consultation:

  • Project Start

    The project will begin upon receipt of your signed proposal and collection of a payment retainer.

  • Draft & Preview

    Our creative team will start drafting and send you a preview of what the final plans/designs will look like. We hope to receive your feedback and will take requests for any changes at this time.

  • Mid-Project Approval

    Once we have your approval, we proceed with the completion of your product. Our designers and developers take care of the fine details with the attention of a perfectionist.

  • Final Review

    We will send you the final work to review. When we're all in agreeance of a job well done, the remaining payment balance is due.

  • Delivery

    After we receive your final payment, we will send you the final high-resolution images in web ready and print ready format. The files are provided as a .jpg, .png, or .pdf. Other file types can be requested. Each product also has a unique URL for easy website integration. We'll guide you on how to incorporate the maps or renderings into your website (generally with an easy-to-use iframe code).
